Aberdeen Cattle

Aberdeen cattle are cows with high calving ease and a good temper. They are very efficient feeders and can live off of grass or feed. Their meat has great flavor and marbling. They have a high yield carcass and a large ribeye area.

Aberdeen cattle are also good to use for a small acreage farmer or a small scale operation. Their size makes it so that you can minimize equipment needed and easier handling. More cattle can also be on the same amount of land. They are well suited to grass fattened beef production.
